Painful Reminder T.3.C.It's once again that time for pain.  Tears gathered in your eyes  I could see you struggling not to let them fall   
Yet even in your strongest resolve crumples  My throat chocked back a sound as I held your hand  A cool breeze fluttered our clothing   
You lightly dropped to one knee  A deep red rose was placed on the ground  As you stepped back, a frown adored you face   
"It never gets easier."  That is right, the pain is so constant  A silent goodbye with one more tear drop   
You zipped up your jacket and walked away  I began to say my own goodbye when I Painful Reminder T.3.C.

I heard every word  That night after I got home
